      This company *****, period. No customer empathy at all after the sale and delivery people very poor doing their jobs. Never do business with this sham operation again. They do not care. Would love to leave a "no star Rating" but cannot. ************

      Hi,

      **** our Sales Mgr spoke with this customer (*********************) yesterday. This customer had an issue with his refrigerator and contacted GE for Service and they told ***** service appointments were out 2 weeks, so he called an independent servicer, not KAM. The independent servicer told him the unit needed a new compressor; he purchased a new from somewhere else. The customer says he called us/KAM but we have no record of him calling KAM for Service. He started swearing at **** and **** told him this call is over. The unit was purchased March of 2022. My name is *********************, email is ******************** if you have any questions.

      Kam's Appliance Store in ********************* has poor integrity when dealing with customers. A service technician troubleshot my Thermadore appliance and recommended I fix it. The cost was very high, but I eventually called the Hanover store and learned they still had all the troubleshooting data in the system. They ordered the parts and sent 2 men to my home. The technicians opened the back of the appliance and in a few minutes told me the parts ordered would not fix it. I called the Hanover Store and was told I would be charged another $125 because so much time elapsed between visits. It wasn't troubleshot properly in the first place!Why were parts ordered if not to fix the problem?

      I have had an micro wave/oven on order (fully paid for) since Mar 10, 2024 and still no sign of it nor does my Rep. give updates or any correspondence at all unless asked. I went through this with the order of my washer/dryer. Very poor service! They use your money for months before you actually receive product. Where does that happen anywhere else. Not just half down but entire amount $$ and eons until you receive product. And, very poor communication from Rep. or ************* and you will never hear from **************** Im in limbo now. :(

      The product has arrived, and the customer has been notified the product is here. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow 4/16. Product has to be paid for before the item is ordered.

      0 stars. KAM service is appaling. I have been waiting two months to get a dishwasher repaired even though I bought the extended warranty. They don't return calls, order the wrong parts, tell you you have have to wait for them to show up and then they are late and don't even fix it. They offer no recourse and have no accountability to their customers. They have my money, so they could care less if my dishwasher works, and why is an almost new dishwasher broken in the first place?

      Good Morning, This issue has been resolved with Customer ******. The ************ repaired the dw yesterday. The Service Manager spoke with *************** yesterday to verify the unit was repaired and he said yes. KAM also refunded the Customer $119.95 for the Extended Warranty on this unit. The Customer still has the Extended Warranty Coverage, but at no charge to them. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, *********************

      I cant even give them a 1 star. ***************** well there is none.My opinion BBB gives them a A-. I think NBB get great deals for family and friends at Kam appliance Please save yourself aloof aggregation.Did you all know that if the inside of your refrigerator the shelves the draws what holds them together collapses that that was told to me by the manager, a cam appliance it is cosmetic and even if you have insurance, it is not covered. Period.PS I had to give it a star unfortunately

      I bought a refrigerator for a rental property. The sales experience was fine and the price fair. When it was delivered, the delivery men did not turn off the water to the existing refrigerators' ice maker. As a result. water poured onto the floor. In a panic, one of the delivery people turned off all the valves on the boiler and hot water tank. They either made no effort to find the shutoff for the ice maker or could not find it. The spoke rudely of my tenant (who was present) in a foreign language which, ironically enough, she speaks. When they learned this, they kept quiet, finished the install and left without offering to help clean up the water or even turn the boiler back on. They her and her two children without heat or hot water. I was able to get the hot water back on, but not knowing what they might have done to the gas boiler, my plumber had to be called in for $110. What's most disappointing was that after two calls to the "management" of KAM *******, nobody returned my call. I guess that's why the delivery people are so indifferent and incompetent, considering that's what they see from management. I have bought about six appliances from KAM in the last few years (including out kitchen redo). I'll take a chance with a larger supplier. They get two stars for the competent salesman that helped me. Management and delivery are for the birds.
