              My mother ************************* used their services when she was incapable of leaving the house except by ambulance. She passed away in May of 2024. Since then, we have told the company multiple times that she had passed away, and even provided the death certificate but have still been contacted. We asked them to stop sending the bills, and then 3 days later we got 4 bills in the mail. Now me, her daughter, is being called as well regarding her account. This is extremely insensitive and unprofessional. We just want them to stop contacting us. She did not have any assets or an estate, which we have explained to them as well. The voicemail I got i returned and I was told that my mom doesn't even have an account with them, so they don't know what they are doing apparently.

              They keep calling leaving a message for a Completely different person. I already filled a paper review with the BBB. But maybe after a week of an explanation to why they are incompetent to respond to me. I want an explanation to why they don't call the number of their patient when Fallon ambulance and EVEN ******** as a I guess an OK Ambulance Service... how come they call the person they pick up to make sure it is your number... or even getting an ID with the registry so they get give you a bill. They keep asking for someone different and I had to cuss at them so they give me a week of peace. SORRY YOU GOT THE WRONG NUMBER! No they want me to pursue them. PAY ME compensation YOU AND ***** Wound Physicians. You can't get your act together... I WILL OWN YOU AND TAKE OVER! THESE 1 STAR RATINGS GOES UP TO 5 STARS! MAKE ME CEO... I AM FIRING PEOPLE who are INCOMPETENT to handle a SIMPLE TASK!
