            On 5/6/22 Designed Temperatures came to my home to do annual service maintenance on my A/C and then my furnace in the winter. I paid them $349.00 for the service. They completed the A/C maintenance, but I have been trying to get them to do the furnace maintenance to no avail. I called them and they were suppose to arrive between ***** on 12/9/22 and never showed up. I called at 12 to inquire and the women said **** is running late and will be there within the hour. Still no show. When I spoke to the women on the phone she said that they would not be doing anymore service calls after this. I'd like a refund for $175.00 for the service they have failed to perform.

            WARNING! This company are crooks,they have no problem cashing an $8,000 check but when you find out they did a hack job or you need them for something, they then tell you to find another company that they don't need your business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
