      They moved everything in Nov. 2021 and stored my items for 2 months and then moved all the items from storage to the house on Jan. 2022. 1 TV is stolen because the box is empty and this was packed by them at the time of the original move. 1 office table is broken to the point of unrepairable, multiple bookcases without clips and shelves, bed box have a hole in it, the bed stand is missing pieces, multiple furniture with missing handles and etc. Furniture was disassembled by the movers but not reassembled. Multiple things missing and broken. Will probably be compensated at a loss since they are denying everything.

      After leaving my guitar behind at the warehouse i called every week for an update. I kept an AirTag in my guitar and noticed it was moving around in south eastern ** and called for an update. I was told it was on the way. I called back after the ******************************************************************************************************************************* three days. They delivered my guitar to a house in ******* and said since its been delivered i cant get it back. I called once a week to avoid this and was dismissed every time. **************** doesnt provide answers there are no managers to speak to and theyll just give your stuff to anyone they feel like along the way. It was suggested that i could try and fly to ******* to ask for my guitar myself. I moved to ****************. Terrible company. Terrible service. Gave away my dead grandfathers guitar and basically told me too bad so sad deal with it its not our problem.
