100 fold Llc people are very unprofessional and they’re a scam pretty much. I expressed to them how unsafe I felt at their rental property, and the only suggestion that they had for me was burglar bars on the windows. Even though the back door of the house is very loose and you can kick it open at any moment if you wanted to.. I also let the company know that someone tried to break into my property and there is nothing they did about it. One of the members of the company even gave me a call and let me know that I will not be approved to move into another one of their properties even though I feel unsafe. Before getting off the phone with him I notified him that I would be giving him a call back regarding the next steps I would like to take. He blatantly declined my calls if you’re an iPhone user, you know the difference between someone declining a call, a persons, phone being dead or someone just letting the phone ring. 100 fold Llc literally declined my call and I am a paying tenant living alone. The first impression of this company when speaking to them on the phone, you would think that they are very professional and that they would help you with anything that you were to encounter on their property but once they get the money from you they no longer care about how you feel about anything everything they do is about a Dollar. A member of this company even persuaded me to pay money and they haven’t even visited my property yet haven’t tried to fix any damages or anything of the sort. They are very good at lying. I moved in on a Friday and I specifically asked them if there is something inside of the property that needs to be fixed. Is there something you guys would be able to do about it and he responded? Yes all you have to do is document everything that is wrong with the property in Monday morning will be able to fix it. It’s been a whole week and I have never seen these people in person and they have not tried or attempted to fix anything. a hole in the wall!
