Purchased a brand new Kawasaki mule from lightspeed in the summer of 2022. Brought my 2016 Kawasaki mule to lightspeed to be repaired in January 2023. I have just received my unit back on august 11 2023. I have picked up the unit several times in the past 7 months only to find repairs were incomplete. Units was picked up on august 9 2023 only to return to lightspeed on august 11 2023. Steering rack and pinion was replaced and front end toe was not set correctly. Ordered parts in January with lightspeed only to find out they dropped the ball and haven’t even placed the order. Have reached out yo Kawasaki motors customer service multi times to help resolve these issues with no help. I will be placing a lawsuit on Kawasaki motors as I’ve had the same steering issues 5 times without any remedy. I will never purchase from lightspeed motorsports. Very unprofessional staff, poor service technicians and services providers and they do. Or answer the phone or return phone calls. As a side note, my unit was left outside in weather for the past seven months while waiting to be repaired. Would not recommend lightspeed to anyone looking for a UTV or anything else for that matter.
