**** or ****** ******* ****** is a professional scammer. I hired him in 2020 and now it is 2021 and the job is not complete. He has all kinds of excuses as to why he can't come . Here are some of the tactis he use-s to get you to hire him for the job. He will give you a low bid for the job. this is one of the decetiful to get you to hire him. He starts the job as if he is going to do it. He does the easiest part first. Next, he measures his progress in an attempt to get more money. Please you purchase your own supplies for the job if you have a lowes or homedepot card he purchases materials for other jobs and has other custmors pay him for this. He has no regards for pricing. He does not make good use of matariels. He cuts a piece off the materials and throws the remaining piece away. He will charge you for him renting equipment and saw that this is to your job. like he is during you a favor. The address and phone number on his receipts are not accurate. Mike has 90-95% of his customers upset with him he does not fininsh the job. To make matters wrose he will ask you for an advancement. With all these jobs around louisiana this is a red flag..Then he wants to give you advice on how to spend your money. To him he thinks that he has the right to do these things to you. He has a me attitude watch out.. Be prepared to report him to the BBB and contractors Fraud . This will save you unnecessary expenses and headaches.
