Great Contractor, Great work. There were bumps in the road but was always willing to work and make things right. I can't say enough good things about them. Pool was dug and finished in less than 5 weeks. I've called him several times about minor issues and he's always been willing to help and give us the right information, phone numbers, contacts to get things right.

Continuous Disappointment, Lack of Communication, Incomplete Work For many months we remained patient knowing that we were not the only people going through this process of having our home repaired, reminding ourselves of all the factors like supply and demand on materials, lack of work force, weather delays, illness, etc. I did my homework in the beginning, I looked up Mastercrafts website, I checked the BBB, the State Administrators Office as well as the Homebuilders Association. Our house was just gutted, not built from the ground up, yet that's where it remains, gutted. It has been: 529 days since our home was destroyed, 466 days since we signed a preliminary contract with Mastercraft, 413 days since we paid in full for our roof that remains incomplete, 196 days since AC unit was paid in full that remains unfinished, 191 days since anything has been done, which was some priming that is still incomplete, 188 days since the 5th Project Manager was assigned, 7 months since a pile of construction debris has sat in my front yard, 119 days since we last meet with a PM, which was the last time anyone has been at our house and that was to just look, 52 days since anyone has replied to us for updates on work to be done and more days than I have ever imagined I would be living in my yard in a camper! Yet the question remains, how many more days will it be before we will be in our home? According to the last posted "schedule" we should have done a final walk through on October 1, 2021. We have paid $53,838.28 and yet nothing is at 100% completion, anything that has been done is 50% to maybe 75% complete. I have 2 storage containers filled with the entirety of my home that is deteriorating by the day. I have until August 27, of this year, to make any final claims to my insurance for these contents, however until I have a completed home I have nowhere/noway of knowing what remains salvageable therein.
