              I ordered a fruit tray with chocolate covered fruit and a bag of candied pecans two weeks in advance of my Mom and Dad's 60th wedding anniversary and wanted it delivered on their wedding anniversary. The order did not arrive on their anniversary I called that night it did not arrive the next day the following day they sent it it was all melted and they substituted six squished cupcakes for the candied pecans

              This particular location renders horrible customer service. My son ordered my Mother's Day arrangement from them a few days prior to the holiday. He called repeatedly throughout Mother's Day for the delivery status and was advised they had around 150 orders. At approximately 3 pm, per their phone system, my son was advised his order was out for delivery. Three hours later the order still had not arrived. This location was supposed to close at 7 pm that Sunday but had stopped answering the phone a couple of hours earlier. Upon arriving at the store at 6:50 pm, I found the lights off and the door locked. I rang the doorbell and a lady came to the door. I explained the situation to her and she processed my son's refund. Do not patronize this specific location if you want quality service and do not want to be frustrated. They offer no goodwill gesture for overpromising and underdelivering. The caliber of some of their workers is ridiculous. It's quite obvious that they do not care about ruining this store's reputation or maybe they might be doing it intentionally to greatly reduce their order intake, just to ride the clock. Simply, spend your money where you are treated as a valued customer.
