            I purchased a new home on Sept 16, 2020. Upon purchase of the house, I contacted Entergy to get the utilities switched over from the builder to my name. The utilities were switched over to my name around September 25, 2020. After being switched over a bill was never generated for me. Upon reaching out to the company multiple times (at least 7 times) over the past 8 months, I have yet to receive a follow up with any call and have yet to be billed for electricity usage. Each time I talk to someone they make a note on the account and tell me it's being looked at but nothing ever happens. I have tried to look up company information but can not seem to get past a general "About Us" contact.
