I chose Tim Kinchen fine Homes to build my home I went to his architect to have my plans drawn. On the plans I have a four car garage. Of which both doors should have been 18 foot wide. I have one 18 foot door and one 19 foot door because the concrete people did not pour the footing properly. I have 7 foot high garage doors because the framers did not frame properly in my plans or blueprints was supposed to be an 8 foot tall door. On the interior of the home paint is all over the floor at all of the baseboards all around the whole house. I hired *** to put in stained concrete floors. The floors I received had been painted with spray paint and scratched all surfaces by the cleaning crew. *** and I had talked to have this repaired at no avail. *** said he would repair all floors and had a concrete contractor name ***** come out and was supposed to help me fix my floors. *** would not return emails phone calls or text. He never contacted me for my problems. I was still under all of my warranty time limits but he would not return any phone calls text or emails. Finally I did receive a text from *** and he said yes I received your email so I said I would contact ***** the concrete man again to fix my floors *** never responded back to me after that text. I also have drywall problems where tape had come and done throughout the whole garage as we were waiting for the garage doors special order to come in because I had one 18 foot door and one 19 foot door and it was left open for about 2 to 3 months. and it is very humid here I also had a whole home dehumidifier that was installed backwards found out from another contractor that I hired to make sure the dehumidifier was working properly. I had to pour a concrete pad for my AC unit outside because he had put it on the ground and it was falling down again I had to fix it taking the condenser off and reinstalling it.
