      Royal Nissan killed my 2015 Versa Note. I made an appointment for an oil change and to find out why my tire signs were flashing on dash. Had oil change and they called me and asked if I wanted them to change rear tire sensor. They that was the problem. I told yes, change the tire sensor. I noticed after picking my car up it had a little lag. Took it home and parked it. The next day I started out headed for a road trip, my car started jerking and shaking. Took it back to Royal Nissan and they kept it over night. Royal Nissan told me they could not find what the problem was. So they could not find what was going on with a Nissan car.????? I took it to another mechanic shop and they said that I had to bring it back to Royal Nissan to get it out of limp home mode. Three tow trucks later Royal Nissan has not taking it out of sleep mode. I want my money back. Royal Nissan Killed my car. I only went in for an oil change. OMG!!! i WANT MY MONEY BACK

      Upon selling a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to me on April 29, 2019; these people under false information, lured me back to the dealership to sign 2 documents which was never the case. The advised me they were taking the vehicle back, as if this date May 21, 2019; because they said they couldn't find a finance company which was not the case as I talked to the company financing the vehicle on May 5, 2019. They are rude people. They lie to your face. They should be out of business. They then said my vehicle I trained in was on the lot. That was also another lie as it is on another lot done else. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for my old vehicle. Due to this, I have lost both my driving jobs! This is obscured! They need to be closed down!!

      Mr. ****** returned the vehicle yesterday. It was explained to him by management that because he had changed jobs before the bank could verify his employment his deal was declined. We arrange the financing for most of our customers as a convenience to them. However, the final approval lies with the various banks and their specific guidelines. I am told Mr. ****** understood this when he left the dealership yesterday and he is no longer mad at Royal Mitsubishi. He certainly is free to arrange his own financing and return to Royal to make the same deal.

      I took my car to Nissan and it was diagnosed with some serious issues. Nissan never contacted my warranty company. Instead they tried to charge me. I called my warranty and was told that they should have been contacted immediately. It took more than a month for a manager to contact me. When the Corey Oldfather did contact me on about 6/13/2021. They never said why I hadn't been contacted. Even though I had emailed this person directly. They never even acknowledged that the warranty company should have been contacted. I was told on 6/15/2021 that they would contact my warranty company. I haven't heard a word back. Even though I've stated some of my car issues are dangerous.
