I purchased a vehicle from them on 12/31/21 after being told the car has a 5 year 60,000 mile drivetrain and bumper to bumper warranty by the salesman and the finance manager. After registering my vehicle through BMW's app a few days later, I discovered the vehicle had a 4 year 50,000 mile warranty that was expired. After a few weeks of driving the car, the check engine light comes on and there's a drivetrain malfunction warning. I contact the salesman who sold it to me and he tells me to bring it in to their shop for them to look at it. When I arrived to the appointment I scheduled, the mechanic tells me that it will be $130 for them to diagnose the problem - I told them I would not be paying as the salesman told me to bring the car in. Later that day I received a phone call from Bill hood stating they were unable to diagnose the issue and advised me to bring the car to Euro Imports in Hammond, LA. I brought the car their and it was fixed the next day. I had Euro imports call Bill hood to have them pay the invoice since they are responsible for the warranty and they declined payment. I went to Euro imports and paid $550 and got the invoice to bring to Bill hood for them to pay. After being sent to four different buildings, I was finally informed that they were unable to authorize paying it as the salesman who sold it was out that day. A few weeks have gone by since I brought the invoice to them for reimbursement without any results or communication from Bill hood
