I purchased a vehicle from them (financed) after a week of having this vehicle I had issues with the cvaxle and what seemed to be the transmission it was not acting as it should. I talked to my sales man and he informed me that I have a warranty and theses things were covered. I then put it in the shop at another bill hood (Nissan) right up the road . I got it back a couple days later with almost every same issue I then told my sales man I did not want the vehicle I asked him if it was possible if we could find another vehicle around same price,year, exc.. and swap them just fix the paperwork he had agreed and pointed me towards other vehicles similar to the one I originally had and I began to test drive quite a few. I did not care for the ones they had to offer so I asked my same salesman if since bill hood is all over if I was able to go to surrounding towns as long as I stay with bill hood and test drive their vehicles. He said yes go ahead just let him know what I find. So I took a day and a half off work looking and test driving other vehicles and found one in a nearby town that had exactly same miles , year , and price . I then asked the salesman at that location if they did that ( allowed people to get a vehicle from their lot and swap out the other vehicle from another lot as long as it’s bill hood and he informed me that we could I just had to get my original salesman to contact them and get it worked out so I then called my salesman and told him what I found and asked how we start this process. He replied with I would take my car to the other store and trade it in. I said trade it in we discussed doing a swap and he then laughed in my face and made a snarky comment about not being able to just swap a baby after giving birth just because I was not happy with it. I’m taken aback at this point being we discussed everything that was happening and he agreed with everything. Come to find out after the second visit to shop my warranty was canceled due to them
