Current tenant. Message: My A/C has been out since 10/04/2022. Granted the a/x came the next day but lied and said he been fixing on the unit outside when i was literally on the balcony so the math ain’t mathing there. I have not heard nor have I have received a notice on when it would be fixed since then when he said it was the compressor. The last I spoke with the receptionist/agent (the thick one with the glasses, she lucky I can’t remember her name otherwise I’d air it out)in the office a week later she could not give a time-frame while stating the budget ran out and there are no window units. That I am the last person on the list which is unacceptable. Meanwhile I see the maintenance men walking around or sitting on their asses. It is currently 11/04/2022 meaning its been a month that all of this has happened.IF IT IS NOT FIXED OR I DON’T RECEIVE A CALL NOR EMAIL THIS COMPLEX IS NOT GETTING RENT AND I WILL GLADLY GO TO COURT. IT BE OVER 80 degree’s in this apartment. This complex does not care and it shows. It’s like pulling teeth to get **** done and a lot of **** in my apartment i’ve had to fix myself because of the laziness. Giving the area I don’t expect much and i’m usually a cool calm person but this **** is above me especially since I’m paying $849 in rent. But I’m looking forward to the office and complex manager response since this seems to be the only way to get one.
