Bought a used $50,000 3/4 ton truck here (April 7th) for my business, finally found the Cummins diesel I needed. Don’t make the same mistake I did by purchasing from this business. Test drove it, made aware and given the quote document from **** of the $1300 it needed for a fresh MVI next year (ball joints and wheel barring) and accepted that. However 3 check engine codes came up for the turbo before even getting it in my driveway 20 km away. I reach out immediately to be told “not to let that keep me from driving it and he’d talk to the mechanic” after continuous follow up he suggested on April 19th to bring to **** . After **** diagnosed it and recommend me not to drive it out of their shop until turbo fixed to avoid further damage, 10 emails and 5 phone calls later Bryden’s will not honour the 30 day 50/50 cost and contribute to the repair. The manager who “got in trouble for selling the truck by the boss” offered me the $300 commission he made off me to go towards the cost which I declined because unlike him I don’t want to take money away from his kids like they’re doing to mine. I now have a $6000 turbo repair bill and never got to drive the truck yet. Very frustrating after saving up for a 20K down payment. Wouldn’t let my friends or family within a 10 mile radius of this place. ******* **** ******* * * ***** **** **********

You will be pleased to hear that we have presented your case to the warranty company, and they are now involved and willing to honour the 30-day 50/50 cost towards the repair. We are also working with the warranty company, on your behalf, in hopes they may possibly contribute more. Before signing the purchase and sales agreement, the terms were carefully reviewed and discussed by you and the sales representative. With this in mind, please understand that the representative was doing his job professionally, and what went wrong with your truck was completely out of his hands, and certainly not predictable.
