I placed an order on March 10, 2024 order #23334100 and I still haven't received it. I tried calling and tracking the order but nothing. The email confirmation said it was in stock but at this point my guess is that isn't correct. I would love to hear from someone that works at Part Select.PartSelect.com Response

We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show an email was sent on 03/12/24 to advised of the item you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a temporary backorder status. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. Once received the items would ship out to you and arrive in 2-3 business days. An automated email will be sent to you to advise of this shipment.Review from Patricia C

I ordered a replacement door for my microwave oven/hood on March 17. I cannot get a response from PartSelect, I cannot get anyone to answer a phone (I've tried 3 so far). I understand that the door was backordered, but I believe I have given enough time to at least have a progress report. Customer Service is non-existent. Very disappointed. All it would take to get them a decent review is for someone to answer the phone, answer an email (not the computer generated version), or somehow take responsibility for my almost $300 part. ******** ******PartSelect.com Response

We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. The item order was not a stocked item when the order was placed and we had to order in from the manufacture and they just advise us the item is no longer available. Your order has been cancelled and you will see a full refund of $291.11 back on your ****** account within 2-3 business days.Review from Shania H

I placed an order and the company sent me the completely wrong order for a fridge that I don’t even own. I have called numerous times with no answer. I have sent numerous emails and have not gotten a single response. This company is very horrible when it comes to customer service, but is very happy to take your money.PartSelect.com Response

We do show you have contacted us via email and we have replied back we needed some more information in order to set up the correct refund and return. We show you have called and provided this information and the refund is being posted today in the amount of $40.78 and can take 2-3 business days to show on your credit card.Review from Chantal B

I wish I could put zero star review. This company is a **********. They advise you to order parts that are not even what you need and tell you they will fully refund you if it’s not the right parts. Once you call and tell them it’s not the right part they ask you to send them pictures and confirm they received the pictures and say no problem we will refund you but never do. You call because you didn’t get the refund and they pretend they never got the pictures again even if the previous person you spoke to confirmed she got the pictures. They constantly use this tactic to not refund you. I disputed the transaction with my credit card to get the refund because obviously they have no plans to refund. Do yourself a favour and never ever buy anything from this company unless you are 10000% sure it’s the right part but even that I don’t guarantee you that you won’t get scammed by them. I seen them replying to people saying they want to solve the issue but believe me it’s only to pretend to look legit. I am almost certain the positive reviews for them all *****. They are all very good at being nice and pretending to want to help you but they are all *** *******. Buyer beware!!!!!!!PartSelect.com Response

We are sorry for any issues this may have caused. In cases when an item is supposed to fit a model number and will not work, we do require more information so we can provide this too the manufacture in order for a refund to be issued. This process can take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. We do show your order was refunded on 03/27/24 in the amount of $132.09.Review from Eric D

Absolutely no help! I have emailed the company with no response. No update on when my part will arrive. I paid for shipping 3-5 days out and nothing. After reading these reviews on the BBB website. This seems the only way to get them to respond. God knows they don't answer emails on their own site. I'm all about giving companies the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous!PartSelect.com Response

We are sorry for the delay in responding. We are experiencing higher than usual email and call volumes and are working to respond to all of our inquiries as quickly as possible! Checking on your order the Refrigerator Shelf ordered was not a stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. Once received the items would ship out to you and arrive in 3-7 business days. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a Dryer Timer (in stock) and a Timer Screw (back ordered) from this company on January 19th. The site said if I ordered the Dryer Timer before 4pm EST, it would be shipped that same day. I placed my order at 3:15 pm EST, thus it should have shipped out. I also paid $32 for Next Day delivery. It is now January 22nd, and I have received no email that my in stock Dryer Timer (which I paid extra for next day delivery) has been shipped. I have called this company numerous times and sent four emails. I have received zero (0) response from anyone. I will never order again from this company and will be seeking a refund for the next day shipping. I needed my Dryer Timer the next day for a repair; hence, me paying $32 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I will be taking action to get a refund back for the delivery charge. I only hope to be contacted by someone in this farce of a company. I should have checked the reviews first. We show the screw was cancelled off the order and your order shipped and was delivered. On 01/23/24 a refund was issues towards your shipping cost in the amount of $23.22.Review from Mel M

If I can give Parts Select zero stars, I would. Do NOT order parts from here. Our oven ignitor needed to be replaced and we order one from Parts Select and paid extra for the quicker delivery. Parts Select used *** ** and the ignitor came in a flimsy envelope and was damaged. We contacted Parts Select customer service who indicated they will file a claim and once that was completed, I would get an email with instructions on returning the damaged ignitor (or they may indicate to just trash it). But then I had to buy another ignitor so that was 2 credit card purchases so far. They expedited (came within 3 days) the 2nd part and I received this today (1/21/24). And the ignitor was sent in a bigger envelope (yes, envelope, not a box) that was even more flimsy. The 2nd ignitor was damaged again!! This was ridiculous!! Had to talk to customer service again who is expediting both returns so that my 2 credits to my card can be processed. I am now still without an oven for 2 weeks. I will need to either order the part with Sears or call an appliance tech (and pay more money). Again, do NOT order parts from here.PartSelect.com Response

I ordered 3 parts on Jan.1, 2024, was told 1 was on back order and needed to be ordered and normally is shipped in 11-15 days from date of order. I have called and emailed customer service with no helpful response as they have no one answering calls or emails. It is now Jan.21, 2024 and there is no way in getting a real human to give me a real answer. Don't know how they are Better Business accredited. Still waiting as need these parts to fix my Mother's refrigerator, as she can't afford a new one. Hard to find reliable companies anymore.PartSelect.com Response

We are sorry for the delay in responding. At this time, we are experiencing high call volume due to our automated system being updated. Checking on your order. The door insulation is showing as in stock at our warehouse. With the ice chute door, although it showed as in stock when you placed your order, when the order was processed at our warehouse, we found there was an inventory discrepancy and we had to order it from Frigidaire . However ,the item has arrived at our warehouse. These items, Door The Door seal and Door should ship within the next 24 hours. The Ice Chute Door is showing on backorder with the manufacture and currently they are not able to provide us with a estimated time of arrival. We would be more then happy to issue a refund on the shipping cost for the inconvenience.Review from Dan Q
