I ordered a glass shield for a propane heater. It was damaged in transit and never delivered. Emails and calls to fix.com were completely ignored. Refund or replacement request completely ignored. Support call line goes directly to recording 100% of the time. $35 lost. They are *******.Fix.com Response

I placed an order on Feb. 19, 2024 and was charged on Feb. 21, 2023. The item was expected to ship in 3-5 business days. Now, a month later, I still have nothing. I sent customer service an e-mail on March 8, 2024 and nobody responded. On March 20, 2024, I sent another e-mail to customer service and tried to call Fixcom but no agents were available according to an automated message. Nobody has gotten back to me. I would never even consider ordering from this company again. I'll likely need to open a dispute with my credit card company.Fix.com Response

Checking on your order the item ordered was not a stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. I placed an order over a month ago and my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order. I have not received any status updates since then. I emailed their customer service a week ago and received no response. I called their customer service phone number, but there are never any representatives available to take a call. I should have read these reviews before taking the risk with this company.Fix.com Response

We had to place an order with the manufacturer they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Order parts with next day shipping items didn't ship for 4 days canceled the orders the next day they shipped one of my orders then on monday shipped the 2nd order this is a joke of a company now will be the waiting game to get my refund Definitely would not recomend or use againFix.com Response

Thank you for your feedback and would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. The item you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a temporary backorder status. Which caused the delay in shipping. We do see the packages have been refused and you will see refunds for your orders back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.Review from James C

They are no better than the other parts supply website we shall not mention. One star is too good of a rating because it implies that at least some level of service was provided, when no services were ever provided nor was there any intent to provide any service at all. They immediately take your money then do nothing. YOU have to do all the work to find out they never even have the part you ordered. It never says on the web site the part is out of stock, and the confirmation email they send never says it’s on back order. You are given the impression from the jump that your order will arrive at your house shortly, but when said time rolls around YOU have to contact them to find out they never had the part to begin with. Then don’t take people’s money! People are paying for a service that you never intended to provide!Fix.com Response

I ordered a felt washer for my Breville coffee grinder and it fell apart as soon as it came out of the packaging. I contacted their support email twice to ask for a refund for the part and shipping and got no response. I have since ordered the part directly from Breville since I don't want to keep waiting on Fix to get back to me.Fix.com Response
