Halifax Quality Homes has been a life saver for me. They went above and beyond to find me an amazing house in the area of my choice. For the 2.5 years I have been here, they have been very good with communication and getting issues resolved immediately. My dealings with Deborah have always been positive. I absolutely love her sense of humour. David and Grant have also been amazing with dealing with issues immediately. This is without a doubt the easiest 5/5 I have ever had the privilege to give. Not having success in selling our condo nine years ago presented us with the option of renting. What seemed like a nightmare situation quickly turned into a wise decision. How could I manage a rental with us not only out of the city but out of the country. A family member who heard me complaining gave me ******* name, saying he was the guy who could make this situation easy and profitable. ***** was calm and thoughtful answering questions before I could even find the words to express my concerns. Within no time he found the perfect renter for us who was able to call our place home for nine years. Both he and ******* over the years were like my rock. I never had to give our place in HFX a second thought. They kept me up to date, did an annual inspection, and managed any little maintenance issues as they came up. Payments happened like clock work. I never had to deal with finding the right person to do any job, whether it be a plumber, or the curtain guy, ******* was amazing and arranged everything. Today is actually the closing of the sale of our condo, and while I am thrilled that everything went so well, I will miss my friends at HQH.
