We have a propane tank rented from North Atlantic (took it over from previous owner) for our fireplace insert. We are on automatic refill but have been without propane since the middle of June despite a complaint on July 26. Today would be a nice one to have the fireplace going with 14 degrees Celsius outside and 18 degrees inside the house. But no, NA decides that in the summer we don't need the automatic fill-up on a regular basis. This is unfortunately NOT the first issue. We have been without propane before despite the fact we were verbally told we are on automatic refill and then, upon complaint, were informed that we were in fact not on "automatic". With 60+ years of age and living across continents we have our fair share of customer service experiences (and I worked in that industry for many years). Our bad experience with NA is unparalleled.Review from Joe W

Ordered oil and paid for it over the phone, the lady said it would be delivered the next day or the day after at the latest: Here I am at the end of the day on the second day and no oil from NA, I called and all they say is we are waiting to hear from the dispatcher. Worst customer service ever.

This customers order was placed on Monday February 14th. The delivery in Mount Pearl is Monday to Friday. They were advised that the delivery is usually within a day or two in this area. Unfortunately we had two trucks that were down unexpectedly for maintenance at the same time and the delivery was done on Thursday February 17th.
