              After contacting Thompson’s 3 months before my move from Ontario to NS, and agreeing to their quote, I still hadn’t received confirmation from them 2 months later, although Terry always assured me he would be confirming in a day or two. Then, 3 weeks before my move, they GHOSTED me. I am livid and stressed to the max - scrambling to make other plans. Don’t believe the hype on their website. A reputable mover doesn’t do this - ever. ***** on them.

              Hi ****** Very sorry that this has taken place. Thompson's did not have the capacity to do the move ourselves. We tried to have another agent help us with your move and they did not have capacity as well. Moves from Ontario to Atlantic Canada flooded the market and we do not have the resources to keep up. Our communication should have been better and we have learned from this poor customer service.

              I know the market is booming with people moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia. That is why I gave you 3 months lead time. I was assured there was NO PROBLEM because I was booking so early. Never did you let me know you couldn’t do it - never did you give me any heads up that there might be a problem. Your website blurb and your sales guy Terry gave me every assurance that you can do cross country moves. I feel very much taken advantage of. I feel *******.
