We had an appointment for August 14, 2023, at 1 pm to have our mini split cleaned and serviced. No one showed up and we didn’t get a call explaining why. I called several times and got the automated message, stating how important my call was and that someone would be with me shortly. After 10 minutes of waiting, call was disconnected. I sent 3 emails but no response. Their website gives 2 addresses in Moncton. We went to one and no evidence they were ever there. The second one has their name on the building and hours of operation posted but door was locked, and about 5 of their trucks parked by the side of the building. This is very poor customer service. Doesn’t deserve one star at the present time.

I called in May to book a service appointment, a tech came June 23 and I got a quote of about 1400 to fix my coil in my minisplit. Once my deposit was paid, my last phone call was to move my service date to July 31st between 10-11am and nobody showed up or even called me to say they weren't coming !!! I can't get through because the phone number is an automated "all representatives are busy please stay on the line" and then the call gets dropped. I also emailed and am not getting any emails back ! I emailed asking for a refund and probably won't get one or probably aont even be contacted either!!! Super unprofessional and unacceptable for a company to do this to clients paying them! BEWARE if you are looking at this company!!! I feel scammed and ripped off !!! I'd give 0/5 stars if I could.

I purchased a ******* Heat pump several years ago from this company. Earlier this month my heat pump stopped providing cold air. I phoned the head office in Moncton after failing to find an operable number for the Charlottetown operation. A woman answered found my file and arranged for a technician to come to my house to diagnose the problem on Friday July 28 between 9-10 am. She updated my credit card information saying the visit was not covered under warranty. Last Friday at 10:00 am, after the technician failed to show up I attempted to call the head office number. The answering machine continually told me how important my call was and a representative would be with me shortly. After 10 minutes the call was automatically disconnected. I tried for hours last Friday and again this morning July 31st. with no success. The Charlottetown subsidiary has had several addresses over the last few years. When I went to the most recent address listed on the company website at 70 Nicholas Ln #2, Charlottetown, it was closed with a lockbox on the door. It appeared to have been closed for some time. After reading reviews similar to mine, I felt I had to add mine to either spur a response or try and keep this company from continuing to provide misleading and poor service.

I purchased $13000.00 worth of ******* Heat Pumps from Atlantic Heating and Cooling in 2016 which they installed. I chose ******* because of their 10 year warranty. In 2022 one of the heat pumps stopped working. I contacted Atlantic Heating and Cooling. The next available appointment was 7 weeks later, so I took it. I had cancelled appointments to make sure that I would be home. Late in the morning I contacted them to see what time they would be arriving. "No one is coming. We no longer service that area". Oh ok.. which led me to trying find another company to do Atlantic Heating and Cooling's warranty work which no one wanted to do but that's another story. This one is about a company who sold me thousands of dollars of warrantied heating and cooling equipment only to tell me, when it broke, that they are not going to fix it or even look at it. BUT I see on their web page that they still advertise a Halifax office and offer free installation quotes in Nova Scotia. Save yourself the trouble and hire someone else.

I received a call from this Company advising I hadn't paid an invoice from 2020 - 3 years ago. I had this Company out twice in the past 3 years to clean my heat pump. The service itself was great and the employee was very professional. Both times I had service done I paid the invoices within 48 hours. A few months prior to the cleaning the heat pump was not working properly. The technician came out and advised a part would need to be ordered and that he would bring it with him when he came to do cleaning on the unit. He advised at that time there would be no charge for that day as he was there less than 10 minutes and we had the appointment already made for the next cleaning and he would bring the part. He came & cleaned the heat pump, replaced the part and was on his way. I paid for this invoice as mentioned - within 48 hours. To my surprise I got a call 2 years later telling me that I owed $113.85. I said no, I've paid both invoices I received and had proof of such. I told the lady on the phone of the conversation with the technician and that was the end of it. Another year passes and I receive another call advising I owe this money, that Technician didn't work there any longer to corroborate my "story" and that I either pay or the bill was going to collections. So, basically, I was a liar and to pay up or else my credit would be screwed. I have always paid my bills in a timely manner, have excellent credit and was offended beyond words. I already paid the Company 2 invoices why would I balk at not paying this other if it was a legitimate charge. I paid the bill very begrudgingly only to not let this Company try to ruin my good credit. I will never deal with this Company again. Beware to those that do but I wouldn't suggest it.

waiting forever to get ours fixed..are they ever going to show up?????

we were without the use of the heat pump for weeks at a time these past year,seven weeks aand counting this summer.Disappointed and discouraged by the treatment we received from the Charlottetown office, In good conscience ,could not recommend this company.
