Worst customer service I’ve seen in 50 years! Promised one year no payment no interest Didn’t deliver. When my wife and I went to office to find out why we were t********* **** ****** *** ******* ** ******

We absolutely do offer one year, no interest, no payment through our affiliate finance company. You were approved under that program and refused to complete the loan process and submit the necessary documents. You are currently in arrears for a significant amount of money owing past 30 days. No form of verbal abuse will be tolerated in our work environment and we do reserve the right to ask you to kindly and respectfully leave our premises. Furthermore we did make every effort to come to a peaceful and productive resolution to the situation. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We make every effort to go above and beyond for our clients and are sorry you feel this was not your experience.

Just wanted to let the world know that this company is probably good as long as the heat pumps work but if they don't they will continue trying to fix them but their "so-called" warranty only includes part and not labour. We had a $30,000 heat pump installed and from the first night, the main bedrooms were not getting any heat. We called and they came to look at it but nothing changed. We called two more times and they came and looked, changed the thermostat but again nothing changed. Then the first summer came (3 months after we had the system installed) and we turned on the AC and boom, parts inside the external system no longer worked so we went the entire summer with no AC waiting for parts to be installed and we had to pay $400 in labour. Skip ahead to the second summer and boom again the parts blew, we waited all summer for the new parts to get installed and had to pay $600 in labour. The third summer came and again parts blew when we turned on the AC. This time parts were replaced but the bills was for $1557. These parts lasted TWO WHOLE DAYS and they blew again. At this point they finally ordered a new external system under warranty but we, of course, had to pay labour which was another $400 plus dollars. I wasn't paying for the $1557 bill due to the parts they installed lasting 2 days but now they have me in collections. I offered $400 to cover the technicians 5 hours of labour but they refused. I called the company to get invoices for all the calls we placed and work they did but they didn't have them because they changed systems!!! Yeah right!!! *** * ******* * ***** ********** 

Hi Trevor, The warranty is through your manufacturer, and not the installation company. The installation company does not manufacture these systems, as they only perform the installation. Anything related to warranty has to be approved through the manufacturer. We do apologize for you experience, and hope this can be resolved! We recommend that you reach out to your manufacturer.
