    I selected tile based on a single sample tile. There were none insite. I took it and matched it to my countertop and measured as instructed. I called in my order on Saturday April 2, 2022 authorizing over $600 on my credit card. I was not provided with a receipt or any purchase instructions or refund restrictions. I received a call near end of day Thursday April 7th that the tile was in. I picked it up on the evening of Friday April 8th. I could not life the boxes out of my car so opened one box and carried the tiles into my home. It was not in the same dye lot as the sample I was shown and the sample pattern was not even in the various patterns included in the 8 per box. It is whiter and does not match my countertop or kitchen. The pattern is much wilder and not usable. I returned the tile on Saturday April 9th (less than 24 hours later). The salesman unloaded the tile and returned them to the warehouse. The clerk asked for my receipt and I explained that I had placed my order 8 days prior but had not yet been provided with a receipt. The clerk looked at length and. Stated that she could not find it. The salesman that day told me I may have to pay a 25% restocking fee, which would be around $150. I was not happy about this. The clerk asked me why I did not order a single box so I could see it first. I told her I was not made aware that this was an option. She then said that I also could have taken only one box from the store the day before as I only own them once they leave the property. Then I would only have a restocking fee on one box. I told her this was also not explained to me so I had no idea this was a possibility. I left and went home with no tile and no receipt. I was called and informed on Wednesday April 13th that they have a no return policy. I asked where this was stated and why I was not told this. I was told it's on the receipt, which I still have not received and which is not provided until after a sale. I was completely unaware I could not return.

    When we had our hardwood floors refinished this summer, we were away for a week to ensure that they were dry when we returned. But when we came home, we found the closet doors were not put back and there were piles of dust everywhere. We expected some dust in the rooms that were closed but not in the rooms where they had been working. When we complained, the manager gave us no apology or concern for the added work it left me, a senior, to clean up the mess they left. Two men eventually came to put back the closet doors. I would not recommend this company to others.

    Hi Elaine This was the 2nd time we refinished a floor for you. The 1st time we would have made the same amount of dust. As I explained to you when we sand floors it is impossible not to create dust. I am sorry that you are disappointed. Regards Darrell Cooke
