            I was sitting in my father's driveway, about to back up a trailer in early February 2021. When I shifted to 4-low while in neutral, the truck shifted, I slowly applied pressure to the gas pedal, then there was a bang and I lost oil pressure. The truck then had to be towed to Steele, where I bought the truck. The next day **** ******** informed me that my truck would not be covered under warranty. He told me that it was vehicle abuse, and that when I shifted I must have been giving it the gas and the truck jumped "three or four times" (as per **** ********) before the front diff let go. That is, primarily, my biggest issue. He inferred that I was a liar and put words in my mouth. He threatened a warranty block if the pictures were sent to GM Canada. **** *********, then sided with **** and said I would be footing the whole bill. I was given a quote, and the dealership made no effort to meet me halfway, or help at all. I had the vehicle towed elsewhere for repairs.

            **** ******** (Service Manager) denied a warranty claim on my 2018 Sierra citing abuse. I don't understand how shifting gears in a driveway is abuse, and he said if I wanted to send pictures to GM Canada that they would put a warranty block on the truck. * **** ****** ******. I took the truck elsewhere to be fixed. I kept getting calls to book service appointments, so I had to inform a gentleman that I would like to be taken off the call list, and I believe I have been. However, I continually receive emails from ******** even after replying with scathing emails asking to stop sending promos, but they keep coming. **** ** * ******* **** **** ***** ***** ****** *** *** *** ******** ***** **** *** *** ******* **********
