I just bought an Omega seamaster from SWE and the salesman ******* recommended another one from the one i had chosen. He said it was a little bit higher in cost, and i saw the watch because he face timed me. When the watch came yesterday, i couldnt believe how beautiful it was. It was better than the video showed. It was absolutely pristine for a four year old watch. Brand new was a better description. It was all he desribed and more. I couldnt give more kudos to him. He was excellent. He showed me the store and service center. He was spot on. I explained what i wanted and he went straight to it. He offered me the available discount and applied them, giving me the total. I had been looking all over and couldnt find the right watch. ******* was excellent in his sales delivery. I cant thank him enough for making it all go perfect. They are good before your purchase but after you bought it they careless about the your problems. Strongly recommend should go the the shop to buy it don't trust online, i bought a Rolex president from them after i received the watch i ask them to remove a fix link bracelet they said they will charge me between $250 to $300 and keep my watch for 2 to 3 weeks this is ridiculous.

As a favor to you, we offered something we normally do not do. We have watchmakers on staff, not bench jewelers, but we wanted to help you out when you needed an expert bench jeweler to remove two of the non-removable links in the bracelet of your Rolex President. We went above and beyond to help you, even though we normally would not be involved in removing non-removable links. To perform this operation, you need a bench jeweler, not a watchmaker. The operation is complex and requires a high level of expertise. It will require a jeweler to drill the link, remove it, laser weld the bracelet back together, and polish the bracelet. We found a local jeweler who could perform this highly skilled and complex operation; it might take a little bit of time, and we were only charging you our cost to take care of this. SwissWatchExpo intended to save the day for you, get it done as quickly as possible, and charge a minimal cost as a favor to you. We do in fact care about you and your issue, but our generosity was neither recognized nor appreciated.

After lots of shopping and reviewing watch recommendations, I knew that I want a specific discontinued watch by Omega. SWE had it, in great shape and at a very fair price. I called, and was walked through my order in a very straightforward manner by ***********. It was perfectly sized and timing was perfect for signed for delivery. The watch was well packed and came in a foam travel style clamshell as neither box nor papers were included with this particular watch. It was surrounded in three layers of boxes. It was set and wound and is running well. While you may be worried about purchases through the internet, this company is fine. Unlike ***** you get an 18 month warranty. So- would I buy from them again. And most likely will.

Yet they insisted they needed to collect Tax because they didnt have my Tax ID. They are either stupid or something else is wrong. Bad business practice.
