      purchased six bottles of the Hair Restoration. This product did not work at all. This Company and its products should be shut down and consumers warned.

      It's too bad I can't give less than 1 star.2 years ago, I ordered 6 bottles of UTI relief supplement. After taking it for one month, I didn't think it was working. I called the company and customer service representative explained to me that it takes longer than one month to see an effect and offer me 50% discount to keep that product. I agreed and was taking that product for more than a year. it did work great for me after couple months.Now, 2 years later I ordered another 6 bottles of this product and 6 bottles of another product for Thyroid Aid.These two products cost $270.My card was charged. 2 days later it was refunded for some reason from Research Verified. When I called to customer service, I was told: "because you had returned the first order (which isn't true) you can't order same or any other product according to their rules. They can do me a favor and take my order over the phone, but I don't have the right to return any products, even ones I'm ordering and trying for the first time." I asked if this is punishment for their discount 2 years ago? They said no, I'm just not allowed to buy the same product nor have the right to return any of it.

      These previous reviews are obviously bogus. I spent 142 dollars on pills that did not work. When I called today, they told me I could not return them. I had to go to amazon. On Amazon it is a non returnable item. Amazon is investigating, Amazon took pictures of their website guarantee and are coming after them. Do not buy from this company. Do not take my word for it. Call them up and make believe you are trying to return an item. Pretty simple.

      I ordered a product and after I placed the order, I saw that my apartment number was omitted knowing that the item would not be delivered by ***** I immediately sent an email with the correct address that evening. The next morning I had received an email stating that the order had been corrected. My order was delivered as expected.

      I ordered the three bottle package for gas and bloating for *****. After no improvement on the first bottle, I called in and was advised to take the 2nd because it may just need more time. When I still did not get relief, I called in again for refund. I am writing this just to make others aware that the refund has stipulations. I threw away the bottles I used (on their advice to continue), and still have the third unopened bottle. But I have to have all 3 sent back to qualify for full refund. I'm not sure why this is necessary as they clearly have the info that I ordered and paid for 3 bottles. They told me this info was on the website, but I only heard 365 day guarantee and did not see this, so I am not accusing them of fraud. I am just alerting customers to go to site and thoroughly review return policy.

      I placed an order in December. They gave me a tracking number after I asked them why it was taking weeks to receive. I live in ****** and after looking at the tracking it had gone back and forth twice from ********, ** to ******* and ********. At one point it said it was out for delivery but I did not receive it. I called Research Verified and they claim that it is *********** fault and I need to talk to them. I have had to put in two different ticket claims this week at Canada post. Apparently they put the wrong address on the package and instead of coming to **, ****** it is at a post office for pickup in ********. I have no idea if I will ever receive it and Research Verified will not give me my money back.

      They are using false advertisement, refund guarantees. & Norton purchase guarantees for more than product. Do NOT know what Placebo was in liquid vial or 3 bottles of capsules.. Refuses charge back to PayPal Mastercard ! The product did NOT work, even gained weight. They mention now partial refund if any bottles left empty or otherwise. Hoped & tried for 4 months & as went along, never told to keep , so tossed. :(

      I am really happy to use this product. I transplanted my hair one year ago and many of my hair did not grow so far. I tried a lot of methods and product but they did not work. Interestingly, 2 months after using the product of Research Verified, majority of my hairs have started to grow. I really appreciate the product of Research Verified.
