            We hired Diesels Auto and Truck Repair to swap a motor out on our truck. Long story short, they ruined our truck and cost us money and work due to the truck being down. They will not answer the phone, reply to a text, or respond in any way. They need to make this right and they know what they need to do. This has gone on long enough and a resolution is long overdue. This business is so shady, the owner lies to law enforcement, they need to be held accountable. They owe us $7545 and need to refund the money NOW.

            EVIL I promptly paid in full, over $3500 for a series of charges over the course of 5 months, but my truck was never returned to me. ************************ the owner, made countless promises, but ultimately gave my box truck to his buddy ***** another mechanic, 45 minutes further away from my home, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The buddy *** has title to my vehicle, because he says I failed to pay storage fees. The whole ordeal amounts to an $8500 loss and plenty of aggravation, disappointment and disgust, beginning in 2019 and still ongoing. It seems as if I paid for the privledge of grand theft auto... and to think I even brought doughnuts one day for the staff to enjoy.******************** didn't bother to call or email with the location or contact info for my vehicle. I had to physically visit numerous times. He led me to believe **** was better qualified to complete the work, and it wouldn't cost me more than already paid. So far as I k***, **** didn't do any work on it. I doubt he even thought about it. I contacted **** multiple times via text (until he changed his number) and in person, but he said I needed to talk to ***.These guys are unconscionable.
