I traveled with this company Oct 2023 as Travel Divas, they changed their name. I had to contact them to find out the hotel name. I met them in ***** and the hostesses didn't even have me on their roster. My trip was paid I full. I did not receive an itinerary nor the so call Glam-Bag they provided all those that traveled with them from *****************. I notified one of the hostesses of this and she instructed me to contact their office. I advised her that I will not and she needs to since it is the hostesses responsibility to ensure all the clients are taken care of. I had to rely on information from others in the group. I missed the flying dress photo shoot due to not having the itinerary. I advised the hostesses that that was totally unacceptable and nothing was done. They did send me a text of an itinerary with my name listed for the photo shoot for the next after the fact, I had made other plans since I was told that that day was a down day to do as we desired.Upon my arrival back home I reached out to the company headquarters and I received the same unacceptable behavior, lack of professionalism. Here it is April 2024 and nothing has been resolved. They did offer me a $400 credit which I declined since I will not be utilizing their business again. I requested a refund for the $400, mid Feb 2024. I just sent them an e-mail again today 1 April 2024, a month and a half since my response to their offer. I only used this company due to a friend invitation to the trip, unfortunately I will not refer them to anyone. The hostesses also focused more on the returning clients than the overall group. Also, I checked their Better Business Bureau grade is fitting.
