Worst experience ever. This company only wants to install the pool and not fix problems that arise.

If you could rate a pool contractor based on performance, Acworth pools wouldnt even be a 1. ***** always has an excuse for not doing what he has been contracted and paid in full for.He failed to check the **** county inspection line to confirm whether or not his electrical rough in inspection had passed and proceeded to pour our pool deck. When the electrical inspector came to perform the electrical final, he informed me that ***** had failed the rough in and he would most likely have to break up several areas around the pool to expose the bonding wire.He continued arguing with the top code officials in **** county to no avail and has been putting off the required task of exposing the bond wire because he has 4 other customers who have been waiting for him to finish their pools. We had our electrical installed in November of 2021 and are still waiting for him to get the job done. We have completed our fence as required by code( which he said we had to complete before **** county would perform any more inspections) Our landscaping is also finished including sod and grass being sown. He continues to say he has every intention of finishing our project but always has an excuse. HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. we still cannot use the pool and summer is only a month away.If anyone is interested in building a pool , look elsewhere for your own sake and sanity. We are contacting theBBB, the Secretary of State licensing division,we plan to post on ********* we are also contacting ******************************** Division to see if we can have his license revoked. We have been very patient, but enough is enough. He will probably respond to this complaint with the same b@$%S@$# excuses. We arent holding our breath.A lawsuit May wake him up to be a man of integrity and do what is right and honest.

This pool builder was a total nightmarehe didnt finish my pool; I had to pay another pool builder to finish it.. Acworth pools had the gall to take ME to small claims court (thrown out). Now Im having issues with my sand filter (under warranty) I called ***** - he ended up sayn dont worry about a lil sand escaping and finally hung up on meDo Not Do Business with Acworth pools .
