So when I purchased a land survey from these people they said once the survey was done they could produce a site plan for me for an additional $1000 which was fine. They came out and did the survey and I called back to check on the site plan. They then informed me that I needed to have an engineered drawing in order for them to produce the site plan. That was never mentioned when I discussed the pricing with them and in an email they said they just needed the requirements from the city, which I provided, and the survey. Instead of trying to help me she immediately got defensive and started to blame me like I should have know this. Her exact words were, "How am I supposed to know your credentials?" I told them I was going to be reporting them to you and these were the responses I received and have emails to show.Dear ************:We look forward to the Better Business Bureau reviewing your complaint and completely exonerating my company as we have our agreement in writing.As for "cleaning up our mess" the 2 people I referred to you are not surveyors so there would be no "mess to clean up" for your survey.I'm sorry that you are such a Gen **** that wants everything spoon fed to them.
