Typical of the better business bureau not to let a company reply to a review that is full of lies.i.e. ******************Shower Doors by TJ quit paying bbb the yearly fee so now we are outcasts in their eyes.Please call TJjr at Shower Doors by TJ to get the truth.TJReview from Deborah M

Horrible company! T.J. the owner called me a liar and said he would cancel my shower door warranty and *** me for liable if I complained. I got my shower door installed 8/18/21. I called speak with the owner. Nasty man! He told me that had never happened before and I must have yanked it off on purpose. This is ***** and my shower door doesnt close so I cant use it. Why would I sabotage myself? I told him the installers had left paper towels in my toilet with ammonia on them. Again he called me a liar because the installers said no it wasnt them. Why would they admit it when they would probably be fired on the spot. I contacted **** who is in management and he said he would order me a new fixture and get it fixed. October until ***** is a really long time to wait. They dont stand behind their work so go ahead void my warranty because its unless anyway. As for liable I speak the truth. Look at some of your other NEW reviews. Are you going to *** all of us?Review from Rachel H.

I can't say enough about what great service we received from Shower Doors by TJ. Today they installed a shower door and half wall for me. **** came out and did the measurements he worked so hard helping us get the job finished. We are very thankful to him for all his help. They called me and set up a day and time to come and install everything he said I would receive a text when they were heading to my house with an estimated time of arrival, and we did. ****** and ****** were our installers so nice and did a great job very professional when they left the bathroom was clean no mess or trash left behind. I now have a beautiful shower and will tell anyone that needs a new shower to call Shower Doors by TJ.
