This company is TRASH BE WARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE 14 days to give an answer to background checks.In the meantime they go 22 years back on a standard **** scope background check

This company is NONCOMPLIANT to the law and/or laws concerning ******** Standard time going back on individuals background checks which is **** years.This small noncompliant company has gone *********************************************************** the past 20years. Being that they were unable to find any evidence of any criminal record they took it upon themselves to go 22years back. ******* Law is 7 to 10 years.What explanation can they conjure up from their fraudulent deceptive behaviors that would explain why they went 22 years back. In this specific case, ClearStar handled the report related to this consumer in accordance with the requirements of the ****, state equivalent statutes and the reporting requirements of the employer
