I highly recommend Shingle Pro of Georgia, LLC!!! My roof was installed in one day, by the hardest working installation team ever, they also did an excellent clean up job afterwards!!The owner *********************** was very involved and looked out for us from start to finish! ***** IS the BEST!!!Hes also excellent at working with the insurance companies to get you a new roof!!! Hes knowledgeable, caring and present through the whole process!!!! Contact ***** for ALL your roofing needs today! You will be so glad you did! I was battling with the insurance company to get them to replace my roof and was getting nowhere. I talked to ***** at Shingle Pro of Georgia and he handled all of the talking, emailing, and pictures that they needed to get approved for them to completely replace my whole roof. The team that came out did an amazing job in just 9 hours and cleaned everything up very well. I had a great experience with Shingle Pro of Georgia. ThanksReview from Corey W

On September 15, 2023 I (GA Trailer Rentals) was contacted by ***** to rent a dump trailer for one of his roof replacements. He contacted me around 9am and said it needed to be there ASAP. I informed him I had to take my daughter to the dr but could drop it off between 12pm-2pm, he agreed. The following day I arrived to pick up the ************ was severely overloaded. The trailer **** was over loaded & could not raise the trailer (this specific trailer is rated to haul 10k lbs in the trailer & the **** is rated to support 12k lbs). I was able to get the truck hitch under the trailer but still had to pull it with the **** down until I could get to level ground & remove some load from the ****. While doing this, the ****************** of the trailer was destroyed (roughly $1000 fix). I never charged ***** for this. I took this loss and understand that sometimes, thats the cost of doing business. The following day I get to the dump, to dispose of the shingles. The trailer would not even budge the load (lift hoist is rated for 12k lbs). All of this material had to be hand unloaded to find out, the entire from of the trailer was full of cinderblocks. I informed ***** if this & sent him the invoice for the rental fee, dump fee & additional hand unloading fee (only extra charge he incurred). ***** stated that he would get this worked out with his client & would have me paid ASAP. As of today, 01/30/2024, after many failed attempts, I have still not been paid. As a business owner myself, I understand sometime you need an extra week or two, to get caught up & get everyone paid. However, in this case, ShinglePro of Georgia, never intended on paying this balance.

This particular job that is in question was not even a Shingle Pro of Georgia roof job. I put another contractor and the dumpster people in contact with each other. After the job was finished, they overloaded the dumpster and refused to pay the dump bill. I am truly sorry for them walking off without paying. I recommended to put a lien on that property for non payment.Review from Terence A

***** (Shinglepro) ) was the last of five companies I spoke to regarding my roof, but my first choice! He is professional, courteous, very fair, consistent, and the best follow-up in business that I have experienced. His team came onsite and got my roof completely removed and replaced in one day. They worked and rested in the most efficient manner, as a well/oiled machine!!! When they left, there was no evidence they had been there, except for a brand new roof!!! My experience with ***** and his team was absolutely outstanding!!! I highly recommend Shinglepro for any of your roofing needs!!!!! ***** is the best!!!!!!Review from Rainy T

Well, from start to the finish of the roofing job...I would have to say--- FANTASTIC!! The installation people were the hardest workers & cleaned up every little bit. ***** with ShinglePro was AWESOME! He handled everything from the beginning to end as promised. I was quoted start dates for my roof and ***** was able to get my job started and completed ahead of my quoted date. The company was very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and had no issues or concerns. If I had a concern or question it was addressed immediately and resolved without any issues so I felt at ease. I have NO COMPLAINTS about ***** & ShinglePro and will be referring everyone I know that needs a new roof to him. Thank you VERY MUCH for making this an easy and smooth process.
