**** ******************** hired to complete 3 jobs from a water leak. which were a ceiling, master bathroom, and floor repair. Mr. ******************** had his contractors come out to start on the ceiling job. Upon completion I noticed a discoloration in the repair. I brought that to the attention of ********************, he stated give it time to dry! After 2 weeks the discoloration was still noticeably visible. I again informed ********************,stated hed get the contractor back out there. Meanwhile he was going to have someone to take a look at the bathroom repair. He and the contractor came to look and ensured they could complete what I desired. The next day the ceiling repair contractor came out and stated he didnt know why this repairs looked this way because he did everything right. He didnt know how he could fix it, maybe he could add more popcorn to cover it. I informed him that wasnt going to fix the discoloration. He stated hed get with ******************** and get back with me. The following day, was the start for the bathroom, ******************** via text stated the contractor was going to arrive at my home at 9. Upon arriving, there was a totally different contractor, who stated he was going to come in a do a sheet rock job. I stated no this is for a bathroom tear out and rebuild. He then informed me that ******************** sent him pictures and said it was for Sheetrock repair. At this point I contacted ******************** and expressed my concern with the ceiling , the fact that he sent a totally different person that what did the walkthrough, and the fact that this contractor wasnt informed on what he was coming to do. I told ******************** lets stick To 1 job at a time and complete it, so we wont have another situation where work is incomplete. I stated to ******************** to terminate the verbal agreement of remaining repairs. I told him not to cash the check. He said okay, I texted for a meeting place to obtain check, no response. The following day he stated he would bring me a cashiers check. I asked why he cashed, upon him sending a pic it was 2k short.
