Certified Roofing did a great job installing the beautiful new roof but Mrs. *********************** who I give 5 stars from the beginning of the process in assuring I selected the the right roofing to the very details of everything being done in the most excellent manner. Im very happy and satisfied with ******* replacement. Certified roofing did a phenomenal job!!! The whole process was seamless! From start to finish only took about a month! Timely and efficiently. Hello, I had a roof replaced by this company and I was promised if I needed any service calls that I would be covered for up to 2 years. I started calling last December and spoke to one of the agents and I requested a service call for a small leak that I had in my kitchen above the stove top range, it had begun leaking there when we had heavy rain. I was told I would be set up for a service call, but it was explained it would probably be after the holidays, which I understood and was fine with but since then I have probably called 5 or 6 times for a service call and get confirmed that I am on the service call list then asked by the agent had the technician contacted me. Fast forward still to this day I haven't received a service call nor have a technician contacted me. The sales agent who came out and represented this company represented the company as a 5-star company, but I have not received 5-star service.Review from Geri W

It's laughable...They use rain MAN as a inspector and his main job for certified is 2 wash cars. Use Certified only for car washes with RAIN MAN
