I cant say enough good things about AMR. Their communication from initial contact to project completion was top-notch they were respectful, patient, educating where appropriate but never overstepping (or overselling). Their workmanship was spot on, and when I questioned a couple of things that didnt look right post-project they addressed them immediately. Its been a long time since I felt as well taken care of by any service company as with AMR. I hope I dont need them anytime soon but will call no one else if I do.

Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to *****, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. *** and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. *** was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!Review from Richard L

I saw that Atlanta Metro Roofing had great reviews on ****** so gave them a call about a roof leak not knowing what to expect. The person who answered the phone was super helpful and set me up an appointment for *** come out to my house when it was convenient for me. *** was fantastic. He identified the source of the leak immediately and came back the next day (which was a Saturday) and completed the repair while I watched *** beat Auburn (a little too close for comfort but a win is a win ??). I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing and will definitely be using them for any roofing needs moving forward.Atlanta Metro Roofing, LLC Response

Great experience! After we experienced major damage to our roof we reached out to quite a few roof repair companies. Atlanta Metro Roofing was head and shoulders above the rest in customer service, response, professionalism, guidance, support, and quality. They were proactive in every area and provided great guidance on helping ** navigate the entire process. They helped ** ensure we had an informed voice when interacting with our adjuster. The work that they completed far exceeded our expectations and they went above and beyond to ensure the integrity and quality of their work. Everyone I interacted with (*****, ***, and *****) were 5 star! My husband and I used Atlanta Metro Roofing to replace our roof. They worked above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure that the replacement was covered. Our provider, Allstate, initially declined the coverage but ***** with *** encouraged us to try again and she fought hard on our behalf to make it happen. They sent their inspector out on multiple occasions to meet with the Allstate adjustors to fight our case and it worked. Besides working so hard to get the expenses covered, they also did an excellent job on the actual replacement. The work was completed exactly as explained, on time and within the expected time period (only 2 days of work), with a great clean up job. ***** and her husband even came out after the job was completed to make sure everything was finished to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the process and I'm very thankful to ***** for her hard work getting the expense covered for us. The whole process was painless. The owner communicated with me personally and quickly, she worked with me and the insurance company and did what she said she would do! the workers came in the morning and finishes in 9 hours, cleaning everything. owner personally came and went through all the paperwork and did an inspection after completion. I've recommended them to my daughter so far.Review from Tim M

Without a doubt, *** goes above and beyond with everything they do. They did an excellent job educating us in what was needed, what the best product for our situation was, and how everything would proceed. They even worked with our insurance company, as it was a hail damage claim, to make sure everything was processed correctly and up to current coding standards. They finished as scheduled and made several follow-up visits to make certain everything was completed as promised. We could not be more pleased with our new roof, installed by Atlanta Metro Roofing. ***** (owner) was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was thorough and prompt in answering all our questions. The job supervisor was very professional, and the crew did a great job. We received many bids before moving forward on our new roof; ***** and Metro Atlanta Roofing not only came in with a great bid, but also provided excellent and professional service.
