              ****** had me call my insurance company and have an adjuster look at my roof. They were supposed to be be present when the adjuster came but they did not and ghosted my calls and texts until after the adjuster looked at my roof. This is a 20 year old roof and a large percentage of homes in my subdivision have had to have their roofs replaced in the last 3 years. Because they were not present while the adjuster was here, I got was severely low-balled by my insurance company. I am now having to file complaints with the ************************** in order to have another adjuster come out while a roofing contractor is PRESENT during the inspection. They really stuck it to me.

              Would highly recommend! ***** made the whole process seamless and quick! From the start helping with insurance to turning in the final paperwork they needed it was a great experience. Great company/people from the office to the crew !! Very pleased all around.
