            I applied for one of their supposed to be property's ***************************** ********* ** ***** a month ago in March and did a follow up call 2weeks after my application and was told application is pending then every other day for the past month I called same thing so finally I called today 4/28/2023 they had me on hold for a long time she didn't know that I had already submitted an application when she said that the place is still available so I told her who I was and then I was placed on hold again then a man picked up and said that they sent out emails to everyone about their applications I told him I never received any response so he just sent me an email thru appfolio screening it's been 30 days I can't see it now so in a nut shell this so called company is collecting application and money and there's no refund and don't tell you anything until you contact them later to inquire about it that you have been denied I wouldn't have known anything if I didn't call today these people are scammers.
