********************** company!! Has left my condo complex on verge of bankruptcy due to mismanaging & lack of oversight. Not going after individuals who are late on their *** **** or charging interest as we currently we have @ $90k balance. Had issue with **************** when repairing sprinklers - was supposed to be a $40k job but ballooned to $200k due to their incompetence. We had to settle in court to avoid any liens on the property. Run from them, *************************************************** Condominiums *******, **Team Management, LLC Response

The management company acts at the direction of the Board of Directors. The Board makes the decision to go after delinquent accounts, and/or charge interest. The management company has no expertise in fire companies, and cannot be responsible for failures of services by other companies.Review from Ali H

This management company is terrible. They take no accountability for their actions. The owner refuses to issue an apology for my account being mishandled. This has caused me great stress and inconvenience as well as time. They do not read all emails and they communicate terribly and choose when and what they reply to. The employees do not even take the time to spell names correctly which is offensive.Team Management, LLC Response

I believe this person's account was turned over to the Association attorney at the direction of the Board of Directors for collection action.Review from Kent A

I live at the Parkaire Crossing managed by ***********************. She was very responsive resolving the broken tree branch issue close to my condo. She provides timely updates to the community on maintenance/services as well as tips for ******* weather etc.Review from David C

Incompetent people doing the bidding of the board without investigating. They send threatening letters based on some nosy neighbor complaint. Won't listen to your side of the story. They towed my car during Covid when my wife was near death in the hospital with vivid. There was no where else to park. They didn't even give me a chance to explain. No letter, no phone call just a tow truck and no green sticker giving me warning. **** tactics these people should not be allowed to be in business! **** P is the main harrasser of home owners in my ********* of ********* Something must be done to stop them! I am going to get a petition going. Worst management company in Georgia.Review from Ingrid W

I live at the Willows in ********, ** and this is the second time I have to deal with Team Management, ******************************* in particular. I bought my condo 1 1/2 years ago and it's been flooded for the second time so far. The first time was a hassle but this time it's below any words I can find to express how humiliated they make me feel. I have a pipe in between my 2 bedrooms that is the HOA's responsibility, it's been used to pressure wash the building and water the plants outside. That pipe has been leaking and flooded my 2 bedrooms (mine and my 5-year-old daughter's). I notified her and she didn't do anything for about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks she sent a plumbing company that cut a hole in my wall and fixed the pipe. I took care of getting dehumidifiers to dry the rooms and been emailing now for 2 weeks back and forth (about 30 emails, without any progress) while living there with the mold and hole because the board refuses to pay me to clean or take care of the repair. My daughter's bedroom set has been destroyed, it started molding while sitting on the soaked carpet and they refuse to replace it because I can't provide a receipt. They also refuse to reimburse me for renting the dehumidifiers to dry up the place because I can't show an itemized receipt and my credit card receipt isn't good enough, but she didn't bother to tell me all that prior. I'm taking this to a lawyer because no humans should be treated like this and even though I love my place I'm really thinking of selling because I couldn't deal with Team Management a third time. I'm a single mom and moved there so my daughter can go to a good public school but this has impacted our physical and mental wellbeing. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and maybe someone should look into the employees that represent this company, maybe they are not as qualified as they should be and need to get trained on how to treat others.Review from Bill W

This company is absolute theft, they believe people will just accept their overpriced "services" and don't actually read how much they're being chagmrged for 3rd party services. I hope these clowns end up in jail.Review from Wes R

I moved back to ******* from serving my country while stationed in *******. Ever since I moved into the house I'm renting they have been harassing me and my landlord. I had no option to rent something else without an HOA within my budget. I also received a letter for the first and last time about weeds in the yard. Since they found out I'm a renter, they stopped sending it to me and sent it to.the landlord. They are still charging for unsubstantiated claims of infractions. This company should not be in business. They are not interested in the **** just making money. They are unpleasant and incompetent. They should be audited on to where those fines and fees have been tucked away ??Review from C W.

Team Management is coming after me to collect late fees and collection charges for payments that their office or payment portal (CIT) has receiced but applied to the wrong account. I have provided bank statements showing that the payments were made. The payments are logged on another payment ledger (of another property that I own and manage) I sign into the payment portal, select the property address to pay, but the payment is, for some unexplained reason, applied to the wrong account. They keep telling me that it is my responsibility to make sure the payment is applied to the proper account. But I have zero control over the application of the payment beyond choosing the correct property to pay on, and I am doing that part.I can not convince them to check that portal and find out why the payments are getting crossed up.Late fee and collection charges are acculating on one account while there are surplus funds in the other. This is going into the second year that I have tried to explain to them that this is happening. I didn't set up the accounts inside of the portal. Like any other payment portal, I'm provided the link, create the user name and password to gain access. I can not control where the payment goes after I complete the transaction. I have brought this to their attention hoping they will investigate why this continue to happen.
