      O stars. They are a joke. I have waited weeks for a card to come in the mail and they never come. Tomorrow I will have 4 weeks of childsupport on there that they won't let me access.

We have been trying to contact you at the phone number on file to better assist you, but our agent has been unable to reach you.

      During our review, we located two secondary card accounts linked to your smiONE account. Both were in your name but were registered to a different address. We believe this may have caused the delivery issue you described. Our records show you contacted **************** on August 23, ********** confirming your mailing address, a new card was ordered via standard shipping on your behalf. We expected this card to arrive between September ******- September 4, 2024. If you still have not received your new smiONE card,please give us a call at your earliest convenience.

      A corner store in a different county charge my card 27$ for corporate services. I called 08/3 today is 08/23 I'm still getting the runaround by email and no new card. They said no credit at this time they will just send a new card. I would have to take time of work and drive 45 minutes to make a police report because the store is a different county. So I would be spending the 30$ in gas for a 27$ fraudulent issue. I never been in the store I didn't make no purchase. The store claim it was made with credit and no signature.

      On August 12, 2024, you spoke with the smiONE Dispute Team regarding a transaction you did not recall making on July 19, 2024. A dispute was initiated on your behalf and a new card was ordered to the confirmed address on file. We expected this card to be delivered between August 19, 2024- August 22, 2024. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience if you still havent received your new smiONE card.

      On August 16, 2024, the dispute investigation was concluded,and you should have received the final determination via email. Our records indicate you are in the process of opening an appeal; however, additional information is needed. The smiONE Dispute Team can assist you with this Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST/ 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

      My Smione card has not received any direct deposits loads I had two payments never made it to my card and nobody has explained why even paid my car note and charges reverse but never received cash back on card and CSR Agent couldn't even find transaction so it's an inside job somebody doing fraud in the department

      I am writing with a complaint about my card being locked without my permission. **************** explain there was a fraud alert. I confirmed through the *** along with a CSR representative my social security number, address and phone number. My email and all personal information has been the same and never changed. *** sent an email requesting me to send a selfie holding my State Issue I.D. which makes me uncomfortable as my personal information has already been compromised. Why this company wants to subject me to further harm baffles me. If all of my information has been confirmed, and with SmiOne receiving state issued Child support payments, the address and personal information can be confirmed through the state. The locking of the card caused me to use a credit card for plans which has interest. I also have upcoming payments that directly come out of my account. Im looking to have this solved expeditiously without any further issues that can affect my identity.

A temporary block was placed on the account and identifying documentation was requested to ensure we were only interacting with our customer. After confirming the recent activity with you, access to your funds was immediately restored.

      It has been about a decade since I joined SMI One. Since adding this card for direct deposit, I have regretted the decision. There is a lack of knowledge among the ***'s, a lack of information and a lack of ability to be helpful considering that I have been waiting for my new card for over a month. As of May 2nd, 2024, the *** told me the card wasn't ordered until the 7th of May, even though I called and ordered one on May 2nd. I called multiple times after never receiving my card and still haven't received one. During my call today, I was told I needed to call back within an hour to speak with a supervisor to move my money. Now that my card has never arrived, I must wait for a supervisor in order to transfer my money from SMI to my cash app. This is the most horrific experience with pre-paid banking Ive ever dealt with and will be terminating my time with SMI ONE. I'd give negative stars if I can.

      Our records show that you replaced your card through the smiONE automated system on May 2, 2024. At your request, an agent updated your address and confirmed it with you. This card shipped to the new address on May 7, 2024, and was estimated to be delivered between May 12, 2024 - May 14, 2024.This card was delayed in transit and was later received on May 17, 2024.Unfortunately, you had already placed a new card order the day before. The new order shipped on May 21, 2024, and was estimated to be delivered between May 26, 2024 May 28, 2024. If you still have not received your new smiONE card,please give us a call at your earliest convenience.

      The specific type of accommodation that you were requesting while you waited for your new card requires managerial approval. At the time of the call you described, the supervisor on duty was not available. We understand this caused you significant inconvenience and we hope that you will accept our apology.

      How the Government works with this bank. More than a thousand dollars in transactions that I did not make and did not approve. They say there was no error and refuse to refund the money to my account. Transactions made online and in other states, except in ******* where I reside. It's incredible ....

      100 dollars was taken from my account that I did not authorize on march 22nd at 11:54am on a Friday. Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a live person to talk to. This company will be hearing from my lawyer.

      Thanks for sharing your smiONE experience. We reviewed the declined activity on your account and contacted you to share some information.Unfortunately, the call was disconnected before our agent could complete account verification.

      The ******* Platinum smiONE **** Debit Card is a pre-paid card with no available line of credit or overdraft services. At the time of the first declined transaction for $22.25, the available balance was $8.42. This caused the transaction to be declined for insufficient funds. This transaction was attempted twice. A similar food delivery service merchant then attempted to process a transaction for $59.52. This transaction was also attempted twice. As outlined in the Cardholder Agreement, the associated fees were assessed to your account balance for the four declined transactions. As a one-time courtesy, we have refunded these fees to your account.

      Wed like to recommend our free text and email alerts for on- the- go and up- to- date balance and transaction information to avoid future surprises. You can enroll by visiting our website or by contact **************** at your convenience.       These people are crooks I tried purchasing at store for $18.06 my card was declined for no reason so I contacted customer service and was told the reason it was declined was because they took ************* so you mean to tell me how embarrassing it was to stand in line and get declined for my food because yall been greedy when I had correct amount there neither the less they didn't care thank God a lady was standing in line and paid for my items thank you God after trying 3 times figure out I totally changed 150 cent this is sad and embarrassing They care nothing about their clients
