I scheduled my appointment several weeks prior that was confirmed from 0800-1200, but revered showed & the office was closed for lunch. Then I called again, leaving another message. I spoke with male staff finally I asked where was the exterminator that was supposed to be no later than 12 noon but now it's 3 pm. They had no excuse or apology for being late or being beyond the time frame, even though I told him I took off this day from work for this service call. No call saying they will be late, I had to call several times and leaving voicemails. When I 1st purchased this annual plan back 6 years ago they was professional and dependable. This was the second time they done this type of issue for not calling or showing. After 3.5, hours late I told that male staff member I want to reschedule because I left for my second job.

This customers issue was resolved on 9/14/2021 and rescheduled to a date of his liking.
