      If I could give them a zero I would. We have used them for years and in February 2023 we stopped the service. We ask them to stop the service in the first of February they continue to run the service which they were informed that the account was no longer available. So when I called to see about the W2 which they didn't send .When I called to get the W2's they refuse to give to me unless I pay for them. We paid a monthly fee for there services and the W2's should have been included with that. So now I have to go to the *** and see if I can get and transcript. Which I shouldn't have to because they refuse to issue me a W2. This is terrible service We never paid for W2's before because it was in the fee's . Not good I will never refer this company to anyone.

      We had been using these guys for years, and for the first few, it was fine. Over the last year, it has been TERRIBLE. In just the last few months, their online timecard system (that they charge extra for) kept applying hours to the wrong people, and we had to fix it every week, until we cancelled it. One pay period, they paid everyone TWICE... and then tried to blame us for it, which isn't even possible, because their system locks you in after hitting submit. I had to literally argue with people for over an hour, to get them to return the money. Then, a couple weeks ago, the checks didn't arrive, and when I called they said the currier would be back on Monday (checks were due that day), so we had to drive over and get new checks for everyone... and I am glad we did, as the currier didn't come back for another WEEK! Now, this week, we submitted the payroll a day early (yesterday), and today they said we never submitted it, which they charge a penalty for submitting late. Now, while all of these things are terrible, the people make it worse. Every time there was an issue, the people on the phone argued with us about it, blamed us for not knowing how to do it (despite that we had done it every two weeks for years). And even after today's disaster, it went all the way up to some director, who started off very nice.... and then suddenly became just as combative as the others. An hour later, I got a call from another guy, who basically told me that it wasn't their fault, and I told him we were switching our multiple locations to SurePay. SurePay has been handling our California locations without issues, and now they will be handling the ones here. AVOID!

      We regret you were dissatisfied with our services. After having our tech team investigate your payroll issue, we discovered although you were logged into the system, you were logged out for inactivity before you submitted your payroll. We receive on average hundreds of payroll submissions per day through our automated systems with nothing missing or duplicated. Your payroll representative saw that your payroll had not been submitted and called you to make sure your employees were paid on time. Usually when a payroll is submitted late, we have a charge to offset additional costs we incur. When your payroll representative told you we were waiving that charge, you became upset about us mentioning the charge even though we were waiving it.

      We know without customers we do not have a business, so our customers are very important to us. Without a good team, we also do not have a business, so it is important for us to protect our team as well. In our opinion, including the opinion of our senior management, your treatment of our team was very unprofessional. We do our best to create an amazing experience for our customers, but we also protect our team. It is unfortunate you have had a less than pleasant experience with us recently, and we agree it is best for you to use another service.

      Thank you for the response, however, there is definitely some context missing. This was not the first time where we have had issues, where we submit everything early, only to be told it wasn't submitted, or in one case, that it somehow was submitted twice... and you took the money from our account twice. In each of these times, it was always a struggle to resolve the situation, and the people we speak to always try to argue, and blame someone else for what happened. It is more the response from the people that is the issue, much more than the actual error.

      And to top it all off, the day after we cancelled, someone related to the organization started posting fake 1-star reviews about our business... something that is not only morally wrong, but libelous.
