              I stopped at The Works location on Sunday, 08/25/2024, simply to use the restroom. I had my son who has Ulcerative Colitis with me and he needed to use the restroom. I was unaware that the parking required payment on a Sunday. My sons condition is chronic and a form of Irritable Bowel Disease. We were there less than 15 mins. I pulled directly into a spot near the entrance to allow my son to make it to the restroom to avoid soiling his pants. I come out 15 mins later and I have a $30 ticket. This company is preying on folks threatening to boot my vehicle if I park at another AAA location. Charging $30 for 15 mins of parking. Predatory to say the least. Ticket number ******.

              This company treats customers disrespectfully and offers terrible service for the price. I was supposed to receive a convention rate of 28 dollars per day during my recent stay at the ********************** in *******, **, but was told that your vehicle is a full sized vehicle and doesnt qualify for discount rates. There is no excuse for charging a customer extra UNLESS there is an additional cost for the business. Claims from employees like Your vehicle takes up two spots. (FalseI drive it every day and no it doesnt) and Your vehicle is too tall and only fits on the first two floors of the garage. Do not cause extra cost or hardship to the company and are a slap in the face to the customer. I highly recommend that any hotels considering the use of this company for valet parking reconsider unless they want complaints from their guests. The going rate for parking in ******* is approximately 25 dollars per night. 60 dollars is gouging customers for not reason other than because they can. If I could give AAA less than one star, I absolutely would after my recent experience.
