We have used True Natural Gas for over 25 years and in three homes. We like the fact that this is a cooperative that truly cares about their members (customers) and like the credits to our account.. Their service is an awesome example for any utility company. Calls are handled promptly and professionally. The website is easy to use too. Keep up the excellent work!!Review from Sara C

Long time customer always had great service, unlike cable companies. Switched to them when moved in 2014 I did recently change back to my previous service but only because offered a longer term which I wanted and was a bit cheaper.Review from Roger W

I have been with True Natural Gas for the last 5 years and have been very satisfied. Their website is easy to use, and easy to renew your contract when it 's about to expire. I especially like that they give you pricing options (ie fixed for up to 6 - 18 months, or variable rate) so you can lock in a good rate if you desire. The pricing has been very fair, and I intend to keep using them for the foreseeable future.Review from Robert (Bobby) S

I have been a True natural gas customer for many years, in three different homes. Their affordable rates were definitely attractive, but the few times Ive had to speak to customer service.
