I own a 2021 Rocket 3R that I purchased last February from ******************* in *********, ****** in the **. Living in ****** I only have about 3 months out of the year to ride and unfortunately I have run into an issue with my motorcycle.I pulled up to a traffic light and when the signal turned green the bike did not move. It felt as though the gear was engaging when I tried to shift, but the engine just revved.Upon the inspection from *******************(whom are certified to work on Triumph motorcycles) they found that the clutch plates had fused together, seized, and shattered. Metal particulates were found in the casing and contacted Triumph for on how to proceed. Upon further inspection they found that the particulates were throughout the engine.There was no indication of excessive heat. Everything seemed fine all the way to a full stop. There was no jolt, crunch, or anything to lead me to believe the bike had an issue other than it acting like it wasn't in gear. I am led to believe there was a fault in a component and not "normal wear and tear" as I only I have only ridden it for 3 months of 2022 and a month and a half into the summer of 2023.Triumph denied multiple claims. After several emails with customer support in an attempt to get help, or at the least, a better understanding of how this could happen, I was told the following: "I am unable to go into the technical aspect of this situation as I am not a technician and we do not have any consumer facing technicians. I am not able to assist you further in this case."
