I hired 4 Seasons Landscaping for a ************** renovation. Our lawn and shrubs are over 20 years old. Many of the old azalais and rose bushes had simply gotten too old and looked like they were on their last leg. The fescue grass on the sides and back (shady areas) of our yard was really in bad shape, even after aerating and overseeding two years in a row. **** (4 Seasons owner) designed a complete renovation plan that includes a complete drainage system, lawn irrigation, a beautiful retaining wall where we had a weed-covered muddy bank, replace the old shrubs with new azalais and roses, grade our lawn and add fresh topsoil and replace the fescue with a modern ******* grass developed by ********************* (TifTuf *******) that only needs 4 hours of sunlight per day to thrive and is also drought tolerant. ****'s crew worked very hard, 8-9 hours per day, 6 days a week for two and a half weeks to complete the job. **** personally came over a few times during the work to check on the progress and ensure everything was going to plan. **** was very responsive when I had any questions about things I saw while work was underway. His crew ******* is very friendly and easy to work with and he took care of a few extra requests, like digging out an old tree ***** and extending irrigation under a walkway to get to a shrub bed we did not think we could include in the irrigation system. The results look fantastic. ****************, a really nice looking block retaining wall, and nice new shrubs. **** programmed the irrigation for the new sod and bushes and showed me how to make any changes. He will return in the spring to check on all the grass and shrubs and take care of any problems that *** develop. I'm very happy with 4 Seasons and recommend them to anyone considering a landscaping renovation.
