DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We bought all of our Quartz countertops in summer of 2022. Had them installed in master bathroom and Kitchen including backsplash. Our other 3 full baths we bought granite from them, ******** was the sales rep. **** was a new construction build and we moved in September ************************************************ regards to the condition of the quartz. there were marks everywhere that would not come up. I have pictures to prove. I was given the run around with them for 10 months! I have been ignored, lied to and accused of not knowing how to cleaning the product. I tried everything based off the manufacturers recommendation. Artstone told me to use paint thinner. They never filed my warranty like that said would be done. I finally drove up there again in March and spoke to ****** who led me to believe he was going to help and in the beginning seemed he was going to do so just to have him stop responding to me. There is so much I could add to this and will be glad to share. However I reached out to MSI surfaces the manufacturer of the product and was told I had to go through Artstone. I reached back out to MSI in July and there was a new Employee in the position named ****** who has been ABSOLUTELY wonderful and got me my replacement and they were installed yesterday. It only took from July-September because of Artstone trying to say MSI was being difficult which is a lie and they did exactly what I was told would be done and Artstone still stalled and fixing this. It has only been resolved because of MSI and I was going to let it go. AVOID ARTSONE AT ALL COST!

Although many customers have had a good experience with Artstone, I am definitely an exception. After an extremely stressful experience with the backsplash part of the project, it was as painful to get it redone as pulling teeth! Whenever there was a disagreement about anything, my integrity was questioned each time. I was told it was a He said, she said situation! The re-doing not only cost me another 2 days of enduring demolition and construction, it cost me another $140.00 in materials. As there was no written contract for that part of the project, I paid the contractor what I owed him minus the $140.00. The contractor was angry of course. What really surprised me is that *******, the Artstone employee was angry as well. I was told that *****, her tile contractor, had worked two additional days for free just to make me happy. ***** had previously removed tile behind my microwave and, instead of replacing it with tile, shoved a cardboard box behind the microwave to support its weight. Then, he tried to grout over the cardboard. This is only one of the several He said, she said incidents. Only this time I took photos. Will be happy to share if you like. All I know is this, each night I dry out my newly installed badly scratched stainless steel sink. When I called *******, she indicated that this is another She said, he said incident. My question to her is, why would I scratch my brand new sink? Just sayin.??
