The owner ************** called me on June 7th to tell me that he had my slightly Used Hyperbaric Chamber and Oxygen Concentrator for sale online for ******** and he was confident that it would sell at that price. 70% of ******** is about ********. I had mailed the said items in February which cost about ****** for insurance and delivery charge. He called me one time in the next 4 months to assure me he was doing everything in his power to sell my two items. I then received a check for ******** which I sent you a copy of. The check was dated June 7th right around the time if not the exact day I received a phone call from ************** which makes me suspect that he already had sold my two items at the time I receive a call from him. The sales price [without taxes and shipping } for the two items new is around ********. There was NO ***** RECIEPT in the letter I received at the end of June 2023 just the ******** money order and a business card. Very unethical to say the least, I had sent several emails and called several times and he had no room to leave a phone voice mail and there was no response back from ************** explaining to me why there was no sales receipt and why I received only a third of what I had expected. I had a warranty on the Hyperbaric chamber till October 31 2023 That was transferable to the new owner. My concern is that he has done this to several other customers mailing there ******** from a distance like myself. I would like the remaining money that he owes me which would be around ********. He is the only person in ***************** that will sell a persons used Hyperbaric chamber and oxygen concentrators so he seems to be taking advantage of his customers and hopes they will be contents with a ******** and in my case ************** kept around 75% OF THE ***** PRICE, NOT FAIR OR ETHICAL and hopefully not acceptable in your great ****************.Thanks Sincerely ********************************
