            On September 9, 2022, I paid $125.00 for my annual termite inspection. I received the attached invoice on December 9, 2022 indicating the inspection had been performed by *************************. I do not believe the work was performed as I was home all day, it was a steady rain all day, and no one knocked on my door because my dogs never barked an alert. Today was my third call to reach the company. ***************** returned the call and stated she would come sometime late January and reinspect. I stated another technician would have to be scheduled as the paperwork was falsified and I no longer trust her. She stated she was the only one available and she could not pull another technician because they were all overworked. When I said I would file a complaint ****************** told me to go ahead and disconnect the call.Resolution desired: have another licensed technician perform the work or refund my money. ***** *****************

            I have used this company which was selected by the builder for 21 years. I overlooked the rudeness of the lady who answers the phone because of their price. They stopped calling to notify me of when they were coming out in 2021/2022. They went up on the price from $33 in 2022 to $ 40 the last two quarters on 2022 without notifying me. The lady and her assistant came out to service my property last week ( 4/3/23 ). Before writing the check I verified that it was $40, she showed me the invoice of $45 dollars so, I paid it. I called and left message to cancel my service. The same lady shows up knocking on my door today ( 4/7/23 ) saying they are removing all the termite baits because I cancelled my service. I feel like they stiffed me for $ 45 dollars. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
